VAT
The prices include the value-added tax (VAT) of 5%. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by You Rock General Trading LLC within its site.We accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit Cards: VISA and MASTERCARD

All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.

Delivery

You Rock General Trading LLC delivers in Dubai and the rest of the United Arab Emirates and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added to the price of the products and will be indicated separately on the order form during the check-out process.

– For all orders of AED 250 and above, if you chose to pay:
by credit card, the delivery within Dubai will be free of charge

– For all other orders below AED 250, if you chose to pay:
by credit card, delivery fee in Dubai will be AED 20;
Same day delivery in Dubai AED 35. 

Someone will need to be available to accept delivery of the order. If you fail to collect your delivery you may be charged an additional delivery fee for any further attempt.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes!

Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.
